What if the scan finds nothing?
Then you pay nothing — that is the whole point of the order of operations. The free scan shows your savings number before any payment. If the report doesn’t show savings worth more than the subscription, don’t subscribe.
Is there a commitment?
No. Every plan is monthly and cancellable anytime, with no notice period or fee. And access is revoked on your side, in one click: delete the IAM role and everything stops.
The success fee — calculated on what, exactly?
Only on proven savings: remediations you approved, applied, and whose effect is measured on your real bill. Never on estimates, never on unapplied findings. And the threshold works like an allowance — example on Growth: €80,000 in validated savings over the year → the 5% fee applies to the €30,000 above the €50,000 threshold, i.e. €1,500. Below €50,000 validated: €0. If you don’t save, we earn nothing — our incentives are aligned by construction.
Who decides a saving is “proven” — and can I verify it?
You do, not us. Every validated saving is tied to a specific remediation you approved, and to the decrease observed on your real bill — the detail is visible line by line in the product, before any fee is billed. Every action is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log. If a number looks wrong, you challenge it before paying, not after.
